Working on inner classes and attributes

Today I’ve been able to finally solve some problems I faced in the last weeks concerning the way inner-classes should have been handled by the JEF runtime.

Anyway there are still some issues that need to be fixed, and the code as to be re-organized in order to fit better in the JEF architecture.

I do hope to be able to tag a new release candidate as soon as possible. New and interesting problems are awaiting to be solved :)
